STC sources, refurbishes, combines, installs and services food-processing machinery. Everything that leaves our workshop has been rebuilt and tested first, so it arrives ready for production.
The chain we cover
One party for the whole chain. Most suppliers cover one link of it. We also test your product on the machine before anything is decided.
We keep a large stock of used food-processing machinery: packing, processing, weighing and inspection, conveying and supporting equipment. Tell us what your product is, what capacity you need and how much space you have, and we look for the machine that fits, from our own stock or through our network.
Every machine we sell is taken apart completely, inspected, rebuilt and tested. Worn parts are replaced instead of patched. Only when it runs without a single fault does it leave the workshop.
That is why a refurbished machine from STC performs like a new one, at a fraction of the price.
A single machine is one thing, a line that runs is another. We combine machines into a working whole: weighing, packing, conveying and everything around it, matched to your product, your capacity and the space you have.
For a fries producer in Portugal we built and delivered a complete weighing and vacuum packing line, assembled from carefully selected machines.
How a line comes together
Every line is different. What stays the same is the thinking behind it: the product decides the capacity, the capacity decides the machines, and the space decides the layout. Drag the drawing sideways to follow the line.
We install what we deliver and commission it in your own production environment. We also relocate existing lines: dismantling, transport, rebuilding and starting up again, so the equipment runs in its new place the way it did before.
Machines have to keep running. We handle preventive maintenance, breakdowns and repairs, inspections and diagnostics, replacement parts, and advice on use and lifespan, for the machines and brands we work with every day.
We are the dealer for the Busch R5 RA vacuum pump range and supply the pumps and their parts.
Not sure whether a machine can handle your product? We test it. Together with Urschel we carried out a processing trial on pistachios, which tells you more about capacity and cut quality than any specification sheet.
