The full Henkovac range
Eight ranges, thirty-four machines. Pick the one that fits the work and we will go through the models with you.

Tabletop
Compact chamber machines for the workbench. For kitchens and smaller food processors that vacuum pack every day.
6 models
Tabletop NSF
The same tabletop machines, built to the American NSF standard. For producers supplying the US market.
5 models
Mobile
Chamber machines on wheels. More capacity than a tabletop model, and you move them to wherever the work is.
8 models
Double chamber
Two chambers so the work never stops: while one pulls vacuum, the other is being loaded. For production where throughput matters.
5 models
Tray sealers
For packing in trays under a protective atmosphere (MAP). From a compact model for the kitchen to a continuous line.
5 models
Immersion tanks
Full stainless steel dip tanks that shrink the bag tight around the product. With automatic water level and temperature control.
3 models
Thermoformers
Thermoforming lines for flexible and rigid film. Forming, filling and sealing in one continuous line.
1 model
Automatic packaging line
Vacuum chamber, conveyor and immersion tank linked into one line. Loading is by hand, the rest runs by itself.
1 modelWhich seal do you need?
Every Henkovac can be built with a different sealing bar. It is the choice people ask us about most, so here is what the options do.
Standard seal
One heated wire closes the bag with a single weld. The everyday choice for standard vacuum bags.
Wide seal
A broader weld across the same line. More to hold on to, which helps with heavier products and thicker film.
Cut-off seal
Welds the bag and cuts the surplus film away beside the weld in the same movement, so the pack comes out tidy without trimming.
Double seal
Two weld lines next to each other. A second line to fall back on where a leaking pack would be expensive.
