A machine standing in our workshop is not yet a machine in your line. We arrange the whole move: dismantling, crating, loading, freight, export papers and installation on site. One party, from purchase to production.

One party, from purchase to installation

Buying the machine is the straightforward part. What follows is dismantling, packing, loading, paperwork, freight and building it up again on the other side. We arrange all of it, because we would rather hand over a running line than a crate on a quay.

Eight stages, one party. You are not chasing a forwarder, a crating company and an installer separately, and nobody can point at the other when something does not fit.

Paperwork we know by heart

  • EX-AExport declaration

    Goods leaving the EU need an export declaration. We file it, so a shipment does not sit at the border waiting for a missing document.

  • EUR.1Movement certificate

    Proof of preferential origin under an EU trade agreement. Depending on the destination, it is the difference between paying import duty and paying none.

  • ISPM15Wood packaging standard

    Countries such as Australia, the United States and Brazil only accept heat-treated and stamped wood. Our crates are built to that standard, so the container is not turned away on arrival.

Packing lists, CMR consignment notes and bills of lading come with it. Tell us the destination and we will tell you which papers your shipment needs.

We have shipped to practically every corner of the world. Inside the EU it is mostly a trailer. Beyond it, a container and a set of documents that has to be right the first time.

And then it has to run again

A machine that arrives is not the same as a machine that works. On arrival we rebuild what we took apart, reconnect it, and run it in your own production environment until it does what it did in our workshop. The transport is only finished when the line is.
